At DMS Garage Service we take pride in the customer service we give our customers.
Many of our customers that have used us for years just tell us to get on with the job of making their car safe when it comes to MOT or service they don’t expect a phone call.
We have learned our lesson over the years and in fact, we do have to make that call but unfortunately, customers don’t pick up. If this happens we have a company procedure that we make a decision on behalf of the customer that if the repairs are under £100 we go ahead and get the MOT done.
If for some reason the MOT bill exceeds the £100 limit then we won’t carry on with any work until the customer tells us to do so.
If you’re not happy with the £100 judgment call then please inform a member of staff when booking your car in for any works.
